First of all I would like to thank you all for being at home today. We understand the situation that most of you are worried about your travel plans. It is very uncertain period and our priority is to give you complete support.

We have noticed a sudden surge in call volume past one week. Some of you would have experienced delay in our assistance with direct call support. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our product and customer support team are working hard to resolve all the issues. You can also mail us at support@confirmtkt.com.

As per recent notice all trains till 31st march are cancelled. We noticed that many users try to cancel train tickets even though trains are cancelled or try to call our customer care for the same. We would like to assure you that tickets will be auto cancelled and refund will be processed in 7-10 working days. For any refunds please wait for 7 working days. Refund should be credited to your payment mode by then.

Current situation is evolving and we are waiting for directives from government from time to time. We request everyone to refrain from any nonessential travel at this moment. Please stay at home and stay safe.
